Built in the heart of the Sonian Forest, in Walloon Brabant, Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe Brussels is a 4-star Hotel & Resort with a contemporary design offering an immersive experience in the heart of nature. It brings together 264 rooms and suites, 40 meeting rooms including 2 auditoriums of 150 and 500 seats, 2 wonderful restaurants including one of 1000m², private rooms, 2 bars, a lounge terrace, a sumptuous Spa Cinq Mondes of 800m², a wellness area composed of a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room and group lesson room.

You don't hesitate to roll up your sleeves to provide an exceptional and comprehensive service experience. Over time, you have honed your skills by working in similar functions related to the hospitality industry. You've got it in your blood: you really feel alive when a restaurant is in full swing.

You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. It's a very practical job, but loving the customer contact is just as important. You thirst for learning and a desire for continuous improvement. A very healthy sense of humor is a great asset.

Who are you ?

In this position, you will report to a Maître d'hôtel and your main roles and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Serve customers with a smile and inform them on the dishes and drinks on the menu, bring food and drink from the kitchen to the tables and bring crockery and cutlery back to the washing area;
  • Fill and replace service furniture, set and clean tables;
  • Replace cutlery and serving glasses, ensure that all tables are stocked before, during and after service;
  • Customer care; in addition to serving the customer and clearing the table, you make the customer feel good and important
