What time is check-in and checkout for leisure guests?
Check-in begins from 3:00 pm and Checkout is any time before 12:00 pm. An early check-in/check-out is subject to availability, upon request for a supplement of 50€

Do I have a complimentary access to the Wellness Centre when I book a room?
Yes, with all reservations, you have access to the pool, sauna, hammam, and the gym. This is accessible as soon as you have your room key.

What time is the wellness center open (pool, sauna, fitness etc)?
The pool is open every day from 6:00 am until 11:00 pm
The sauna is open every day from 8:00 am-1:00 pm and then from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm
The gym/fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week

Is the Argan always open for lunch and dinner? Can I make a reservation?
The Argan restaurant is not always open for lunch and Dinner, however, in times of high occupancy, the restaurant will be open. You can contact us to check when the Argan will be open.

Is the wellness center the same as the Spa Cinq Mondes?
No, the wellness center is accessible for all guests* and includes an indoor pool, sauna, and Hammam while the Spa Cinq Mondes is available upon reservation, for an extra cost. You can contact the Spa Cinq Mondes directly to book a massage, or treatment at cinq.mondes@dolce.com or +32 (0)2 290 99 01.
*The families with children have access to the Wellness Center until 6:00 pm. After this time the place will be reserved exclusively for people over 18 years old, in order to ensure perfect relaxation, entirely dedicated to your well-being.

Do we need to book a table in advance for the Brasserie 135?
We highly recommend booking a table at the Brasserie 135 in advance to avoid disappointment as the Brasserie is accessible to both external and internal guests. You can book a table online here.

Do we need to book a Spa treatment in advance at the Spa Cinq Mondes?
We highly recommend you to reserve your Spa treatment or massage in advance to avoid disappointment. You can contact the Spa Cinq Mondes directly to book a massage, or treatment at cinq.mondes@dolce.com or +32 (0)2 290 99 01.

Is it possible to rent a bike during the stay?
Yes, you can rent a mountain bike for 2hrs for €10 or for 4hrs for €20. There are also electric bikes available for rent during 2hrs for €20 and during 4hrs for €40.

Is it possible to access the wellness centre only for one day?
Yes, it is possible as an external guest to have access to the Wellness centre for one day at the price of €25. Also, if you want to experience the wellness center and enjoy a Spa treatment or massage, the rate will be €20 for the wellness center access.

Is the hotel pets friendly?
We do accept dogs but only one small dog of no more than 25 kilos and only in rooms with wooden floors. We don’t accept other pets. A €20 non-refundable fee is charged per dog, per night. We welcome our guests, accompanied by their dog to have a drink, lunch or dinner at the lobby bar Badian. Dogs are however not allowed near the pool area, in the Cinq Mondes Spa and in the Brasserie 135 and Argan restaurants. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the guest room. They must be on a leash at all times while in the hotel public areas and guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their dog.

What methods of payment can I use? 
Credit card onsite at the reception desk or wire transfer with a bank account. Valid credit card details must be provided at the time of booking in order to guarantee and secure the reservation. For reservations not guaranteed by a credit card or company at the time of reservation, rooms will be released at 6:00 pm local time on the day of arrival. Valid credit card or cash deposit of €50 per person and per night will be required upon check-in to cover personal incidentals. All charges will be settled by guest upon departure.

Is it possible to pay my hotel room with eco-cheques?
You can pay the total folio of your hotel stay with valid paper versions of eco-cheques issued by Edenred and Sodexo. However, you cannot pay a dining or spa experience without an accommodation with eco-cheques.

How many parking places do you have?
500 complimentary places.

What is the capacity of the largest meeting room?
Our largest meeting room measures: 750m².

Is it possible to bring our own catering?
It is not possible to bring your own catering, we provide everything on site.

Do you have twin rooms?
Most of our rooms can be twin rooms.

How do I make a booking request?
You can fill in an RFP form or send your inquiry per email to RFP.lahulpe@dolce.com.

Do you offer group rates for hotels?
We currently have the possibility to offer you the best rate on the market through this e-mail address: RFP.lahulpe@dolce.com

Can we work with our own AV supplier?
Yes. There is a fee of 650€ per day, including set-up and/or tearing down days.

Is it possible to make copies on site?
Yes. Our Business Center is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and we can help you with copies, transfers, and more.
