From the 15th to the 17th of September, try the various activities at our hotel, meet our coaches and learn more about the courses offered throughout the year.

    Pilates Class

    Our hotel offers you more than just a stay, it offers you a unique experience. Imagine practicing Pilates in an environment where the murmur of the trees and the gentle rays of the sun mingle, creating a perfect balance between comfort and nature. Pilates is accessible to all ages and fitness levels, gently working deep muscles and improving flexibility in both muscles and joints. Our experienced coach Isabelle will be pleased to give this class to maximum 15 people, on Friday the 15th of September, from 10 to 11 AM.

    Nordic Walk

    Discover Nordic walking in the heart of the majestic Sonian forest. Join us for a revitalizing experience combining exercise and nature. Poles in hand, explore the wooded trails while strengthening your health. An immersion in well-being in an unspoilt environment. This activity will be perform by our sparkling Laurie for a maximum of 15 people, on Saturday the 16th of September, from 10 to 11 AM.

    Yoga Class

    Immerse yourself in a world of tranquility and deep connection with a yoga class taught by one of our coaches, at our hotel nestled in the heart of the majestic Sonian forest. Far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this natural haven of peace invites you to explore the benefits of yoga practice, while enveloping yourself in an enchanting setting. The practice of yoga brings real benefits, improving strength and flexibility, but also reducing stress and anxiety. Sylvie, our relaxation coach, will be delighted to organize this activity for a maximum of 30 people, Saturday 16th of September, from 11:30am to 12:30.

    Salsa Class

    Immerse yourself in the fiery world of the most sensual and rhythmic Latin dance: Salsa! Have you always dreamed of being swept away by the bewitching rhythms, vibrating to the sound of percussion and guided by passionate dance steps? Then come and discover our Salsa class! Our energetic and dynamic Delis will be happy to make you discover this activity and teach you the basis. This class can accept a maximum of 30 people, on Sunday the 17th of September, from 11 to 12 AM.

    Boost Your Well Being workshop

    Anne Everard is a lawyer by training and worked for 20 years in the telecommunications industry. She has published "Boost", a practical guide to what matters today to be physically and mentally fit. Anne Everard is an author, speaker and trainer. She specializes in wellness at work and global wellness.

    Participants in this workshop will discover:

    - How to assess their current energy level
    - The 50 spoons of energy theory
    - How to boost their energy
    - How to avoid unnecessary exhaustion

    The activity will take place on Saturday the 16th of September, from 3 to 4:30 PM.
