Start with a glass of champagne, followed by an exquisite menu featuring dishes like Roasted pumpkin with chestnuts, Roasted cod fillet with Ostend-style sauce, and the iconic Seared scallops, alongside vegetarian delights perfectly paired with fine wines and a festive buffet. Enjoy a Chocolate bomb dessert and toast to the New Year with champagne at midnight. A party will follow at the Oak bar.

You will find a classic version and a vegetarian version of this menu.
You will start with a glass of champagne and appetizers, followed by a menu consisting of 2 starters, a trou normand, a main course, a dessert and coffee/tea accompanied by sweet treats and a selection of wines during your culinary experience.
