Two holistic cures to recharge your batteries at the Cinq Mondes Spa
As the festive season approaches, our Cinq Mondes Spa offers a unique holistic break.
Combining nature, refinement and serenity, two exceptional cures combine relaxation, beauty and well-being, offering a truly sensory and regenerating journey over three days.
Each treatment consists of three immersive experiences, for a total of 4½ to 5 hours of care. They are designed to meet the needs of the body and mind in a soothing setting.

Ayurvedic Detoxification Cure
Inspired by Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of long and healthy living dating back over 3,000 years, this treatment invites you on a journey to India, where tradition and expertise come together to purify and revitalise the body.
- Aromatic Spice Scrub followed by the Udarabhyanga Massage Treatment, which promotes energy circulation and the elimination of toxins, preparing the body for deep relaxation (1 hour 20 minutes).
- The ritual continues with the Bali® Flower and Fruit Ritual Facial Massage Treatment, which exfoliates, nourishes and brightens the skin, bringing radiance and well-being (1 hour 20 minutes).
- Finally, the Indian Ayurvedic Massage Treatment accompanied by a traditional hammam relaxes muscle tension and tones the entire body, leaving you feeling light and revitalised (1 hour 50 minutes).

Revitalising Taoist Treatment
5½ hours of treatments and massages
The Taoist treatment is inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and its understanding of Qi, the vital energy. It aims to rebalance the body and mind through in-depth treatments, where every gesture is designed to harmonise and revitalise.
- The session begins with a Body Scrub followed by a Taoist Tui Na Massage Treatment, which works on the meridians and acupressure points to release tension and harmonise energy flows (1 hour 50 minutes).
- It continues with a Delightful Back Massage and a Taoist Facial and Eye Massage, offering youthfulness, radiance and relaxation for glowing skin and a calm mind (1 hour 50 minutes).
- Next, the Energetic Foot Massage Massage followed by the Taoist Tui Na Massage Treatment with oil completes the experience, allowing you to release accumulated fatigue and stress and regain serenity and inner balance (1 hour 20 minutes).
