As an expert in meeting organisation, we strictly follow all health measures and protocols decided by the government that apply to hotels and meeting professionals.  The hotel was recently certified by SGS, the world leader in inspection, verification, testing and certification. In terms of meals option, we currently only propose a room service lunch option to be eaten in your meeting room.

Thanks to our 40 IACC (International Association of Conference Centers) certified meeting rooms and many outdoor spaces, we offer multiple possibilities for the organisation of meetings and conferences respecting social distancing on the outskirts of Brussels. New hybrid meeting options allow you to integrate streaming technology with your on-site event to multiply the interaction possibilities with your participants, wherever they are in the world.

    Dolce studios powered by GSF

    As home working has become the new norm, together with our partner GSF, we have transformed two of our meeting rooms into professional recording studios. A classic TV studio and a green key studio (green background) so that we can offer you new possibilities to help make a  perfect corporate communication and/or hybrid conferences.

    The classic studio can accommodate up to 5 speakers while respecting social distancing. 

    The green key studio can accommodate up to 3 speakers. In addition to a 100% virtual setting that multiplies the possibilities of staging, this studio is perfect for all your virtual presentations and/or the recording of video messages.

    For both studios, external participants or speakers can interactively participate in the conference via their screens.  The final rendering can be broadcasted to an unlimited number of participants via a dedicated and secure streaming solution or via traditional broadcasting tools such as social networks, Zoom, Skype, etc.

    It is also possible to record the intervention and broadcast it at a later date. You can make optimum use of our infrastructure by opting for a hybrid broadcast to participants partially located in other meeting rooms of our conference centre or to participants located anywhere in the world. Recording is done in 4K.
